Just another day of physiotherapy. This weekend someone accidentally kicked my leg on the bus, which resulted in my knee swelling up again. Here I am getting some electrotherapy. It’s been the most effective treatment so far and always manages to bring down the swelling within a few hours.
Recovery still feels very slow for me since I’m still dependent on my crutches. In the meantime, I plan on catching up on some old blog posts that have been on the back-burner for months.

Thanks for the well-wishes, Reut! 🙂 Isn't it a cool treatment? I'm always impressed with how much my knee responds to it. I'm glad to hear all your knee problems are in the past (and hopefully they won't return!).
I went through the same treatment when I had my knee problems back then and it was kinda cool 😛
I wish you again full recovery and be very careful when you use public transportation because people can be really stupid 🙁
