Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

I used to think I was scared of heights. After this experience, I can confirm that I’m not.

The Capilano Suspension Bridge was just a quick stop after a busy day with my dad. The bridge was definitely the most iconic aspect of the park, but I really liked the walkway built just under the canopy of the trees. It was an interesting experience that gave you a different perspective of your surroundings.

One captivating thing is that the footpaths up in the trees aren’t nailed or drilled into the tree trunks. Instead, walkways are help up by brackets that grip around the tree like a corset, apparently causing it no harm.

  1. I’m really impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog.
Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it’s
rare to see a great blog like this one these days.

  2. Hey! I just wanted to ask if you ever have
any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked
and I ended up losing many months of hard work due to no backup.
Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?
